Description
Adaptogen Tea is a grounding herbal blend for the seasons when life asks a lot of you. Crafted by Love Tea's naturopath, it brings together withania, Siberian ginseng, schizandra and astragalus, herbs traditionally used to help the body adapt to stress. Earthy and warming in the cup, it's softened by the natural sweetness of licorice root and lifted by cool peppermint and a gentle hint of lavender.
Brew a pot when you need to pause and come back to yourself, whether that's a slow morning, a full afternoon at your desk or a quiet moment in the evening. These herbs have long been used to support the nervous system and help sustain energy through tiring stretches. Place a heaped teaspoon (2.5g) per cup (250mL) into a teapot or infuser, add hot filtered water and steep for 3 to 5 minutes, then strain and enjoy.
