Shipping and Delivery
All orders are picked and packed with care and love as soon as possible from our store within 24 hours of purchase.
For Click & Collect, you will receive a notification when your purchase is ready to collect. We endeavour to arrange same day Click & Collect for all purchases and will attend to your order as soon as we open after 10am.
For parcels being posted, please allow up to 24-48 hours for dispatch, or sometimes longer if we have had a sale or promotion. You will receive tracking notification when your order has been packaged and booked with the courier, so you can follow its journey to you! There may be a delay between booking delivery and your parcel being collected, so please allow 24-36 hours for your tracking to display.
Timeframes for shipping are:
~ Standard post (2-6 business days)
~ Express post (1-3 business days)

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are determined by Australia Post and are calculated due to size, weight and distance. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
Most packages under 1kg are approximately $12 Australia wide.
Click & Collect
Free click and collect is always available from our Collective Autonomy store during opening hours:
Monday - Wednesday 9:30am - 4pm, Thursday 9:30am - 3pm, Friday 9:30am - 5:30pm & Saturdays 9:30am - 1pm.
Free Shipping
Free shipping is offered for purchases over $180 excluding large artworks.
Artwork Shipping
For larger artworks we will endeavour to find you the cheapest courier quote. Once pruchased we will find you. a quote for the artwokr within 24 hours and send you a separate invoice. If you would like a quote prior to purchasing please contact us at hello@collectiveautonomy.com.au.
