Description
Crafted by a naturopath, calming, caffeine-free blend with passionflower, valerian, and lavender—herbs traditionally used to support relaxation and deeper, rejuvenating sleep. Earthy and comforting, with a smooth, slightly sweet mint finish.
Place 1 pyramid into a cup (250mL) and add filtered water at 75°C – 85°C. Allow to infuse for 3 – 5+ minutes, and then remove the bag and serve.
Certified Organic Ingredients:
Valerian root (Valeriana officinalis), Licorice root (Glycyrrhiza Glabra), Spearmint (Mentha spicata), Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla), Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata), Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia)
