Description
A gentle, nurturing blend for the early days of motherhood. Carefully selected by Love Tea's naturopath, it brings together organic fennel, fenugreek and caraway, herbs traditionally used to support a healthy breast milk supply and ease digestion for both mother and baby. Soft and soothing in the cup, with subtle notes of lemon and fennel balanced by the sweetness of aniseed.
Make a pot to sip through the day or keep beside you during feeds. Place a heaped teaspoon (2.5g) per cup (250mL) into a teapot or infuser, add filtered water at 75°C to 85°C and steep for 3 to 5 minutes, then strain and enjoy. It also makes a thoughtful gift for a new mum.
75g loose leaf, around 30 cups. Certified organic and caffeine free. Hand packed by Love Tea in Victoria, Australia, in a home-compostable plant-based pouch and a recycled cardboard box printed with vegetable-based inks.
