Description
Add a touch of handmade to your cheese board experience with the Handmade Wooden Cheese Knives. These wooden cheese knives are hand turned and assembled in Lennox Head by lifelong hobbyist wood worker Ian Bevan.
Featuring wooden handles made from Camphor Laurel, Ian turns each handle using a wooden lathe. He then adds an artistic and functional touch with a number of grooved lines to assist with gripping the handle. The metal component of the knife is constructed from food grade stainless steel and made in Australia.
Choose from knives specifically to cater to your cheese of choice, with either Pronged Hard Cheese or Soft Cheese knives available. Ian also creates specific tomato knives that have a serrated design to cut through the plumpest or softest of tomatoes.
As the wood used is a natural product, variations of colour and markings are inevitable and make these unique handicrafts special. Due to this, there may be subtle differences in the knives pictured and what you receive.
