Description
A naturopath has crafted this nourishing, caffeine-free blend featuring echinacea, ginger, and rosehip - herbs traditionally used to strengthen immune function. Grounded and earthy in flavour, with subtle sweetness from licorice and a bright lift from lemongrass and ginger.
Place a heaped teaspoon (2.0 grams) of tea per cup (250ml) into a teapot or infuser. Add filtered water at 75°C – 85°C and allow to infuse for 3 – 5+ minutes. Strain the tea and serve.

Echinacea (Echinacea purpurea), Rosehip (Rosa Canina), Ginger (Zingiber officinale)*, Licorice root (Glycyrrhiza Glabra), Lemongrass (Cymbopogon citratus), Nettle leaf (Urtica dioica), Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis)*
